5 Star Salon & Shoppe is a Prestigious, Ā new retail center and beauty salon opening September 202 in Downtown Dayton. We will be accepting beauty students in the fall. Complete this application to display your product line in the store. A contract will be sent to you via email after application is complete and submitted.
Retail space is first come first serve. At our discretion, we will determine if your product line is the best fit for our store. After your application is complete and submitted, you will receive a contract to review with full information on fees and operations of the store.
